The Senior Process Associate, PTP at Invesco is responsible for handling purchase requests and vetting new vendor requests in the procure to pay lifecycle. Key responsibilities include triage and assignment of purchase requests, preparing purchase orders, following up with vendors, and handling invoice payments.

As a Senior Engineer I, you will be responsible for production support, system analysis, troubleshooting issues, and working on hybrid in-office and remote projects. You will assist with user testing, system design, and process improvements. The role requires 3-5 years of IT software development experience with a focus on Informatica Administration, PowerShell, and SQL. Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Serves as the frontline interface between the Information Technology department and all end users. Responsible for handling incoming support requests via phone, chat, emails, ticket creation/assignment, Level 1 problem resolution and escalation to Level 2 and 3 staff when appropriate.

Conduct daily review of alerts for Market Abuse modules, monitor regulatory requirements, prepare documentation, assist with compliance projects, and resolve potential compliance issues.
