Manage full-cycle recruitment for US IT and non-IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, onboarding, and candidate relationship management. Partner with hiring managers, recruit across software development, data, cloud, DevOps, QA, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, maintain talent pipelines and ATS records, and meet sourcing, submission, interview, SLA, and hiring targets.

Forecast hiring needs, define roles and competency frameworks, design recruitment pipelines, screen candidates, partner with hiring managers, improve candidate experience, and track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire, pipeline health, and source quality. Own the recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning through onboarding.
