Responsible for the entire recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines to enhance employer branding.

Build and steward talent networks across target geographies, source top talent, and lead full-cycle recruitment for Prevail and partner organizations. Act as a talent partner to grantees, embed with partner teams as needed, track metrics, improve processes, and ensure excellent candidate experience. Remote role within four hours of CET with occasional travel to meet partners.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and corporate roles: source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, onboard, and maintain ATS records. Build talent pipelines, perform headhunting and talent mapping across AI, engineering, DevOps, Cloud, ERP/SAP, and finance roles while partnering with hiring managers and ensuring positive candidate experience.
