The intern will use Keka HRMS, spreadsheets, and AI tools while learning HR operations in a fast-growing technology company.

Owns end-to-end HR operations for a growing technology team, including onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, HRMS management, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, policy development, employee engagement, internal communications, employee support, and HR metrics reporting. The role requires Keka expertise, Indian labor law knowledge, strong reporting skills, and 2–4 years of HR operations or generalist experience.

Own the India people function, including recruiting coordination, offers, onboarding, employee documentation, engagement, policies, payroll administration, and statutory compliance. Manage employee relations, leave and attendance processes, performance documentation, offboarding, and payroll settlements. Partner with US leadership and operations managers while building HR processes and employee experience programs from the ground up.

Provide high-trust executive support to the founder by managing financial admin (invoicing, payroll, contracts), calendar and inbox triage, hiring coordination and onboarding, travel and personal logistics, and recurring operational tasks to ensure reliability and consistency.
