The Implementation Consultant will lead Phreesia implementation projects, configure healthcare templates, optimize workflows, and provide ongoing support for US-based clients.

Drive strategic initiatives and process improvements across Sales, HR, Procurement, and IT. Lead manpower planning and recruitment tracking, analyze retailer/channel performance, produce reports (DRCP, Retail Audit), and support digitization using Salesforce, Power BI, and Power Apps while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Lead design, configuration and implementation of SAP Logistics Execution (Shipping, WM, Transportation). Manage interfaces/integrations (IDocs, BAPIs, PI/PO, CPI) with WMS/TMS/3PLs, analyze business processes, translate requirements, lead projects/rollouts, perform testing and documentation, and engage business and IT stakeholders for training and post-production support.

Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and translate them into ServiceNow AI solutions (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist). Collaborate with technical teams to implement AI-driven automation and agentic solutions, optimize workflows, monitor system performance, train users, and drive adoption while ensuring clear communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end finance process analysis and redesign to improve invoice-to-pay, GL reconciliation, and reporting. Work with Finance leadership and data teams to optimise and structure finance processes for integration into Databricks/Data Lake, enabling cleaner financial data and improved analytics for transformation initiatives.

Work with stakeholders to gather and document Salesforce requirements, create BRDs and user stories, design process flows, support UAT and testing, coordinate with developers/admins in Agile ceremonies, manage client interactions and drive delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

The role involves gathering customer requirements, defining specifications, managing projects, training users, and integrating SAP solutions. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

The Business Analyst will understand SaaS business models, onboard customers, manage data pipelines, and analyze customer KPIs using SQL.
