IN-Business Analyst - Sales Support(Python,R)

Scope:

• Core responsibilities to include the development and demonstration of applications with BY suite of products.

Our current technical environment:

• Software: PL/SQL, MS Excel, Python.

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for the development and demonstration of applications with BY suite of products.
• Develops in-depth knowledge in industry standard integrations.
• Provides solutions to ad hoc requirements around modifying integrations.
• Assists with technical support to demo environments.
• Learns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and tools.
• Demonstrates good understanding of supply chain domain and solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Follows standard processes and procedures.
• Proactively picks up development and maintenance tasks.
• Plans and prioritizes work.
• Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers.
• Independently perform all the tasks provided in day to day work.
• Able to handle deliverables with minimal direction.
• Completes assigned work within the allotted time.
• Perform various ad-hoc tasks to support the Sales department.
• Effectively communicate in a virtual working environment with team members across globe and communicate effectively with team members in the local office.
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with all functions of BY to effectively drive the achievement of goals.

What we are looking for:

• Education Qualification: BE/BTech
• Possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a relevant field.
• Competent working and hands-on knowledge of production/application integrations.
• Possess an understanding of the Supply chain domain.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts/domains as needs arise.
• Strong interpersonal skills are required to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis.
• Python, R, and Analytics knowledge is a plus.
