The Business Analyst is responsible for developing applications, understanding integrations, assisting with technical support, and collaborating with sales teams. They must demonstrate knowledge of supply chain solutions and problem-solving skills.
Scope:
- Core responsibilities to include the development and demonstration of applications with BY suite of products.
Our current technical environment:
- Software: PL/SQL, MS Excel, Python.
What you’ll do:
- Responsible for the development and demonstration of applications with BY suite of products.
- Develops in-depth knowledge in industry standard integrations.
- Provides solutions to ad hoc requirements around modifying integrations.
- Assists with technical support to demo environments.
- Learns and adapts to applicable technologies, products, and tools.
- Demonstrates good understanding of supply chain domain and solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Follows standard processes and procedures.
- Proactively picks up development and maintenance tasks.
- Plans and prioritizes work.
- Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers.
- Independently perform all the tasks provided in day to day work.
- Able to handle deliverables with minimal direction.
- Completes assigned work within the allotted time.
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks to support the Sales department.
- Effectively communicate in a virtual working environment with team members across globe and communicate effectively with team members in the local office.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with all functions of BY to effectively drive the achievement of goals.
What we are looking for:
- Education Qualification: BE/BTech
- Possess a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in a relevant field.
- Competent working and hands-on knowledge of production/application integrations.
- Possess an understanding of the Supply chain domain.
- Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment and learn new concepts/domains as needs arise.
- Strong interpersonal skills are required to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis.
- Python, R, and Analytics knowledge is a plus.
