Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-driven projects.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Data teams.
- Translate business needs into functional specs and user stories.
- Assist in data mapping, validation, and quality checks with the data engineering team.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Exposure to data engineering tools and processes (ETL, data pipelines, data warehousing).Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and basic SQL.
Nice to have
- Experience with platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Work Hours
- Flexibility to work India night shift with overlap until 3 PM Pacific Time.
