The Operations Analyst II at Syniverse is responsible for providing technical solutions to complex problems, addressing customer and application issues, analyzing metrics, monitoring production servers and applications, participating in new initiatives, and supporting provisioning.

Technical expert in Network Operations responsible for special projects, assisting with monitoring systems and network issues, supporting technical training, and identifying system deficiencies. Requires 5+ years of experience in customer support in the telecommunications industry and strong technical skills in LINUX/UNIX.

Provide system administration and maintenance, data backup and recovery, system configuration, software/hardware analysis, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with teams for software upgrades, performance analysis, and problem resolution. Requires strong Unix/Linux skills, database management knowledge, and experience with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
