The GIS Developer will be responsible for building GIS development platforms using open-source technologies like Geoserver, Postgres, openLayer, and QGIS. Requires expertise in geographic databases, back and front-end development. Strong knowledge of GIS concepts, PostGIS, GEO Maps API, and data structures. Experience with Python and ESRI ARCGIS eEnterprise developments required.
