Seeking an Analytical Scientist to utilize sophisticated analytical techniques to investigate substances at a molecular and atomic level in the pharmaceutical industry. Responsibilities include employing advanced analytical methods, designing experiments, deducing chemical structure, and developing innovative solutions in pharmaceutical research and development.

Lead the entire Analytical agenda and function for the Nutrition / Nutraceutical business vertical. Create the Analytical strategy in line with the business deliverables while focusing on quality and timely analytical deliveries and seamless execution of agreed plans. Ability to interact and lead the analytical partnerships with external labs and 3rd party manufacturing site labs to support product development team from analysis POV. Possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication, coordination, and time-management skills. Ability to independently handle teams and coach team members on required development aspects. Excellent oral/written communication and articulation skills. Systematic approach and strategic thinking is a must. Passion for people development. In-depth understanding of analytical equipment like HPLC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, Moznier etc.

Develop advanced microscopy capabilities in supporting complex generics and differentiated product portfolio. Design and perform experiments, interpret data, prepare reports, and provide technical inputs in product development. Analyze and resolve microscopy characterization queries, work on publications and patents, and collaborate with external partners and academic institutions.
