Job Description- The purpose of the job is to identify and recruit the best of available talents for assigned mandates received from respective clients / key accounts at the shortest possible time, with a focus on quality.
- Manage and execute end to end recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates for varied IT skills.
- Thorough knowledge of resourcing, recruitment & head hunting strategies is a MUST.
- Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals, Internet sourcing, Networking.
- Negotiate & finalize compensation of candidates
- Liaison with the resources after their recruitment for the following: Address Grievances, Re-deputation on Projects etc
- Manage full life cycle recruitment process of IT Professionals (active & passive candidates) for contract, contract to hire & Permanent positions in a time-sensitive environment.
- Rate/salary negotiation, coordinate and schedule interviews, handle compensation issues, extend job offers and follow through.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all IT professionals with varied backgrounds and expertise.
- Build and maintain relationships with managers, administrators and sales professionals to provide a seamless recruiting process.
- Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify candidates with correct skill set
- Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on-boarding paperwork.
- Negotiate and finalize W2/1099/C2C terms with the candidates or vendors.
- Complete necessary paper-work with all parties in recruitment cycle.
- Should have excellent communication skills with high energy levels and enthusiasm.
- Should be highly networked, target driven, proactive and a positive attitude team player.
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills
- Should work for Night Shifts in US timings.
