Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven US IT Bench Sales Recruiter to join our growing team at 3Core Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing bench consultants, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring quick placements to minimize bench time while maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, US Citizens) to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new vendor networks to generate requirements.
  • Submit consultants to suitable job opportunities and follow up for interview scheduling and closures.
  • Maintain and manage an updated database of available consultants and their skill sets.
  • Negotiate rates, contract terms, and close deals efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with internal recruiters to understand candidate profiles and position them effectively.
  • Ensure minimal bench time by achieving quick turnaround placements.
  • Maintain consistent communication with consultants regarding feedback and project updates.
  • Utilize job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn effectively.
  • Stay informed on current market trends, technologies, and client hiring needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in US IT Bench Sales / Marketing.
  • Strong network with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Good understanding of US visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Experience using job portals and ATS tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Daily/weekly consultant submissions
  • Interview-to-placement conversion ratio
  • Number of successful closures
