Job Description

As an Associate in Trade Finance Operations within the Corporate & Investment Bank, you play a critical role in supporting structured solutions for accounts payables and receivables. You will ensure operational excellence by maintaining high standards in transaction processing, compliance, and client service. Your expertise will contribute to the smooth execution of payments and the ongoing success of our global business.
Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures as changes occur
• Drive efficiency by implementing best practices and continuously seeking opportunities for improvement
• Actively engage in new deals, attend project management calls, and drive smooth migration
• Ensure effective adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements in daily operations
• Handle and turn around transactions within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Escalate issues immediately to relevant stakeholders
• Perform reconciliations and evidence all payment-related activities with a control mindset

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

• Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Trade Finance Operations focused on Structured Solutions
• Thorough knowledge of Structured Solutions Products, including Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
• Strong understanding of payments processes and handling payment messages such as MT103 and MT202
• Ability to perform reconciliations and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

• Experience in processing transactions related to Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
• Demonstrated positive attitude and willingness to learn and contribute to the business
• Strong control mindset to check and evidence all payment activities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a diverse team
