Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus)

Auxo AI is looking for an exceptional Senior Full Stack Engineer (Frontend Focus) to build next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and technical architecture of our AI platform, designing intuitive, performant, and scalable products that help customers solve complex business problems.

This role is ideal for an engineer who is passionate about creating world-class frontend experiences while also possessing strong full-stack capabilities across backend services, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, AI engineers, and platform teams to deliver innovative solutions that combine modern web technologies with cutting-edge AI.

• Design and build highly interactive, responsive, and performant web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
  
• Architect and implement scalable frontend systems, component libraries, and design systems.
  
• Develop reusable UI components and frontend frameworks that accelerate product development.
  
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
  
• Build rich AI-native user experiences including conversational interfaces, copilots, workflow automation, and real-time data visualizations.
  
• Collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to translate complex requirements into elegant user experiences.
  

• Design and develop backend services, APIs, and integrations using Node.js and modern cloud-native architectures.
  
• Build scalable data flows between frontend applications, AI services, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
  
• Integrate applications with LLMs, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and AI orchestration frameworks.
  
• Implement authentication, authorization, observability, and security best practices.
  

• Establish and advocate engineering best practices, coding standards, testing strategies, and architectural patterns.
  
• Drive CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines.
  
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
  
• Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, frontend engineering, and cloud platforms.
  

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  
• Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
  
• Strong experience building production applications with Next.js and server-side rendering.
  
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, routing, performance optimization, and accessibility.
  
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable component libraries.
  
• Strong backend development experience using Node.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
• Experience with containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
  
• Experience working with Git-based development workflows.
  

• Experience building AI-powered products and integrating Large Language Models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
  
• Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar.
  
• Experience with vector databases, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows.
  
• Experience with real-time technologies such as WebSockets and event-driven architectures.
  
• Experience building data visualization and analytics applications.
  
• Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile development.
  
• Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
  
• Familiarity with enterprise applications across Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, or ERP ecosystems.
