Experience managing, Oracle ERP projects (HCM Finance SCM)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and project planning abilities
PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle ERP project delivery
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources
Coordinate teams and stakeholders
Report progress to senior management
