In this role, you will be responsible for tracking the stock and control variations. Coordinate the planning and control of sector purchases.
Role Responsibilities
- Coordinate store supplies: Control that supplies are delivered on time, communication with suppliers.
- Estimates material and labor costs for repairs, replacements, and improvements.
- Serves as liaison with outside contractors and vendors of equipment and supplies.
- Involved in office move coordination.
- Performs general maintenance and repair duties and assists employees with internal moves.
- Create reports to maintain inventory and plan the needs.
- Analysis and proposal for process improvements.
- Expenses control. Generation of Purchase Orders (PO). Billing control / invoice allocation. Control of contracts and assignments and suppliers of Services and Goods.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or student and at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in Logistics department.
- Solid work experience within a dynamic office environment, and exceptional customer service skills.
- Experience of working on projects and remaining calm and effective when under pressure. Ability to manage suppliers.
- You are approachable and have a positive attitude exuding a can-do problem-solving attitude to all you meet.
- Inventory management tool (plus).
- Basic English level is required
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (excel)
