About the role:

Develop and drive the Maersk First Mile product strategy to achieve growth ambition and support our integrator strategy. Directly responsible for the product P&L result. Continuously improve product maturity, enhancing product competitiveness to support long-term sustainable growth.

In this role, you will:

Product Growth Strategy

  • Define and implement product value proposition in alignment with areas IPM and LnS Heads at country level;

  • Set up, drive, deliver, and cascade the First Mile growth ambition target and roadmap;

  • Develop and implement regionally the business plan and GO to MARKET strategy;

  • Ensure alignment between OCE and First-mile strategy with the main stakeholders;

  • Close collaboration with CX, Operations, and procurement stakeholders to maximize productivity and profitability;

  • Strategy clear alignment between the other regional FM Heads maximizing the collaboration and boosting volumes;

  • Support, evaluate, and approve investment plans;

  • Actively exploring opportunities to create and offer bundled solutions that integrate other Maersk products;

Product Management and Development

  • Expand product capabilities and promote best practices across the region;

  • Drive the performance management across areas and countries;

  • Promote and influence product/service standardization;

  • Promote the adoption of product digitalization, visibility, and risk management capabilities across the region;

  • Responsible for P&L result management down to EBIT;

Product Maturity and Sustainability

  • Simplify and standardize FM product & service offering to improve the maturity level;

  • Standardize the product service offering for scalable and sustainable growth;

  • Define and promote actions to improve product sustainability by reducing carbon footprint;
