We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in revenue operations, marketing, and revenue technology. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes and supporting our marketing initiatives. 

Reports to: Sr. Revenue Operations ManagerPay Classification: Full-TimeResponsibilities

  • Assist in the management and optimization of revenue operations processes.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure accurate revenue reporting and forecasting.
  • Utilize marketing and revenue technology tools such as Pardot, RingLead, and Chili Piper to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of CRM systems and other revenue-related technologies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in revenue operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on revenue performance and key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all revenue-related systems.

Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field

EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years of experience in revenue operations, marketing, or a related role
  • Familiarity with marketing and revenue technology tools such as Pardot, RingLead, and Chili Piper
  • Must have previous experience with Salesforce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management preferred
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity industry trends and practices preferred

About the Role

The Accounts Receivable (AR) Coordinator works independently and collaboratively to execute AR activities for the Accounting department. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in support of A-LIGN’s billing and collection process. As the AR Coordinator, you will handle customer communications, ensuring customer and invoice information is up to date in our accounting system, and performing routine tasks for cash collections and data processing.  The ideal candidate will be capable of managing detailed, confidential and routine work with a high level of precision, within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Reports to: Accounting Associate ManagerPay Classification: Full-TimeResponsibilities

  • Routing customer communications to their assigned AR Specialist
  • Documenting customer communications
  • Completing client forms
  • Processing Credit Card Payments
  • Applying incoming cash to outstanding invoices
  • Other projects as needed 

Minimum Qualifications 

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in business, or other relevant field

EXPERIENCE

  • 1 year of prior administrative experienced preferred but not required

SKILLS

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
