Software Engineer - Java Development

Job Title: Software Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and distribute knowledge.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
Prepare and produce releases of software components.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Spring boot, Hibernate, or similar.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Proficiency in Mongodb and experience with relational databases such as MySQL.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Microservices architecture, and frameworks such as Spring, Spring boot.
Experience with messaging system such as Apache active mq or Kafka.
Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Angular or React.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
Exposure to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
