The SEO/AEO Specialist will optimize digital presence using AI tools, perform audits, track performance metrics, and collaborate with teams to enhance search visibility.
I. About the role
We're seeking a skilled SEO/AEO Specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience to optimize our digital presence for search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms. You'll leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for content ideation, Jasper for keyword expansion, or Ahrefs' AI features for predictive analysis to drive organic traffic and visibility in BFSI and tech sectors.

III. Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive SEO/AEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis using AI-enhanced tools to identify opportunities in search and AI overviews.
- Perform technical audits on page structure, load times, metadata, internal/external links, and Schema.org markup to ensure crawlability and rich results.
- Track and report performance metrics including impressions, clicks, search rankings, CTR, brand visibility, AI topic coverage, and citations via dashboards.
- Optimize content for AI engines (e.g., Google's AI Overviews, Perplexity) by integrating structured data and semantic search strategies.
- Collaborate with content and dev teams to implement fixes, A/B test changes, and monitor post-update impacts using AI analytics for predictive insights.
IV. Required Qualifications:
- 3-4 years in SEO/AEO with proven results in traffic growth.
- Strong hands-on with AI tools (e.g., SurferSEO AI, Clearscope, Frase for optimization).
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEOQuake, Algoroo, Google Ads; plus PowerBI or Looker Studio for visualization.
- Knowledge of Python/SQL for custom reporting a bonus.
*Strong preference for experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably with a Salesforce partner firm or other hands on experience with Salesforce.com
