• Drive solutions around Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand drivers for change, develop requirements, and communicate progress.
• Skilled and knowledgeable in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and CPQ functional design and best practices.
• Write technical specifications documents, including architecture diagrams, data model diagrams, process flows, and sequence diagrams
• Experience and track record of successfully identifying and eliminating root cause issues and implementing future-proofing solutions backed by thorough analysis.
• Build and support integrations with Salesforce, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
Required Skills
• 8+ of experience as a Salesforce Developer supporting Sales, Service & Salesforce CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and performance optimization.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Azure Devops) and CI/CD tools.(Gearset,Copado,etc)
• Develop automation solutions using Salesforce Flow and Apex triggers. Identify areas for improvement in the existing Salesforce environment, pitch your ideas, and bring them to life
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to identify and articulate business needs and translate them into solutions.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
