Job Description
12 to 14 years of progressive experience in financial services supporting similar functions within line of business CFO or FP&A functions – including earnings call and investor day presentations, deep financial modeling and analysis to provide insights and executive decision-making

Exposure to US Financial services industry (insurance, asset management, annuity, banking)

Demonstrated history and experience supporting C-suite and executive presentations with financial insights

Excellent proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Financial Systems (SAP, Hyperion, Tableau, Micro-Strategy)

Strong data visualization skills

Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights

Conceptual understanding of US GAAP and Statutory financial performance metrics

Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
-
Experience working in a global matrix organization with cross-border stakeholders
