We are seeking an experienced Senior Frontend Developer (8+ years) to join our Digital Presence Team and build modern, high-performing web experiences. You will collaborate with Design, Content, Marketing, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and visually polished user interfaces using the latest frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality frontend solutions using JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern development tools.
- Collaborate closely with UX, Design, and Marketing to bring digital experiences and marketing initiatives to life.
- Build reusable UI components and scalable patterns that ensure consistency across the digital ecosystem.
- Create responsive, accessible, and visually polished interfaces using CSS/SCSS, TailwindCSS, and modern styling conventions.
- Work with AEM to integrate frontend features into enterprise CMS workflows.
- Follow TDD practices and ensure quality using Jest and React Testing Library.
- Maintain high code quality using ESLint, Prettier, SonarQube, and enforce standards via GitHub ActionsCI/CD.
- Collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment—participating in sprints, grooming, stand-ups, and reviews.
- Conduct technical reviews, maintain code quality, and uphold industry best practices.
- Take ownership of features and enhancements—from requirement analysis to deployment—while maintaining clear and proactive communication.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and related technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js and headless or API-driven architectures.
- Advanced frontend styling expertise with CSS/SCSS, TailwindCSS, and responsive design patterns.
- Hands-on experience with AEM or other enterprise CMS systems.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control, build tools, and cloud-based workflows.
- Strong debugging, performance optimization, and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions.
- A collaborative, dependable team player who takes initiative and delivers with ownership.
- Experience with Storybook, micro-frontends, GraphQL, or cloud deployments (AWS/Vercel).
- Familiarity with micro-frontends, design systems, or component libraries.
- Understanding of SEO principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and web performance.
