Senior Analyst - Business Operations

ROLE SUMMARY

As part of Micron India’s Chief of Staff office, help drive operational excellence, efficiency, and transformation across the organization through strategic initiative management, establishing and tracking core site metrics to desired objectives, and clear communication on goals and accomplishments.

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience in driving outcomes collaborating with diverse teams, a solid track record of building strong business relationships, and a passion for developing actionable plans and seeing projects through to completion.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help drive and support business operations and site strategy, managing strategic initiatives/projects around standardization, digitization, and transformation, driving higher productivity and operational effectiveness.
• Work closely with India site leadership, engineering teams, finance, HR, and communications teams to understand program objectives and partner for effective outcomes.
• Represent the India chief of staff in cross-functional operations initiatives/working teams/meetings to further priorities, establish relationships and function as liaison between organizations.
• Develop, coordinate, and sustain top-level organizational objectives with regular report-outs to leadership.
• Implement and oversee key site metrics aligned to strategic objectives.
• Develop executive-ready presentations, team highlights and all-team communications.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• MBA from a reputed B-school with 5+ years of experience in operations/strategy/consulting in tech organizations.
• Ability to independently prioritize shifting workloads in a fast-growing, ever-changing environment.
• Strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to get things done.
• Strong collaboration with excellent communications skills who can work across teams to build consensus.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and a variety of stakeholders.
• Ability to work and function effectively in a team environment with dynamically changing priorities.
• Advanced skills in MS tools, e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
