YOUR IMPACT
You will support the entire organization through developing and managing the technical aspect of Salesforce.com inclusive of CPQ. We’re looking for a motivated and talented Senior Salesforce.com Developer inclusive of CPQ experience to join our growing team. This position requires your ability to work independently on development while collaborating with the Operational teams to drive best practices and process. We want a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the Sales Operations team, work in a dynamic environment, deliver impact and product feedback back into the organization.
- Deliver Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Revenue Cloud and Force.com platform
- Solution, implement and manage the Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements
- Leverage Salesforce automation tools, such as Flows, along with CPQ, to streamline and optimize the Quote-to-Cash process
- Manage the installed applications and other tool connections into the platform including but not limited to Financial Force, Docusign, LeanData, Workday Finance Management
- Collaborate with other team members on the end to end solution architecture
- Present solution options to internal customers, inclusive of the pros and cons of declarative configuration against code and customization
- Demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed
- Provide impact analysis for projects, scope and change requests
- Manage and document all changes to any requirements, configuration and data mapping
- Provide guidance in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value
- Provide support through troubleshooting and solving issues
- Accountable for Salesforce technical delivery inclusive of building, testing, technical documentation and deployments
- Convert functional requirement into technical ones
- Develop end to end Salesforce solutions using standard configurations and customization using APEX, Triggers, Lightning web components, etc as needed
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or equivalent relevant work /education experience
- 4+ years of experience in architecting solutions on multiple Salesforce environments with in-depth understanding of Revenue Cloud
- Salesforce CPQ Experience required
- Financial Force Experience a plus
- Workday Integration for ERP experience a plus
- Proven experience as a Salesforce.com developer
- Ability plan & execute large, complex projects with interdependencies
- Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration
- Continually study new Salesforce Industries & Salesforce technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience
- Experiences with enterprise data management and migration
- Passionate about solving tough problems
- Experiences with integration platforms
