Job Purpose
As a PRM Developer at Astound, you will be responsible for implementing Salesforce Experience Cloud and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) capabilities to support Agilent’s global partner sales operations. This role focuses on designing and developing solutions that enable partner onboarding, deal registration, lead distribution, and content collaboration. The developer will report to the Lead Salesforce Developer and work closely with the Functional Lead, Technical Architect, and QA team to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with a standardized global partner model.
In this role, you will get to
- Implement and configure Salesforce Experience Cloud and PRM functionality to support partner enablement.
- Develop programmatic and declarative components, including Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder, aligned to best practices.
- Build and enhance partner onboarding, deal registration, lead distribution, and document/content sharing workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scalable solutions for a global partner ecosystem.
- Customize portal themes and user experiences to match brand guidelines and usability standards.
- Configure role-based access and sharing rules to support secure partner data access.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure alignment with solution design and technical architecture, and maintain compliance with QA and security standards.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and production deployments.
Your skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 1 year focused on PRM Experience Cloud and PRM solutions.
- Experience developing and configuring Salesforce Partner Communities and related features.
- Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder).
- Experience in implementing partner-related processes including onboarding, lead management, and deal registration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, role-based access, and sharing rules.
- Knowledge of Experience Cloud theming, branding, and customization techniques.
- Experience working in an agile development environment with sprint-based delivery.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including architects, functional leads, QA, and stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, or Administrator are a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
