Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications for AppExchange.
- Work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL to build scalable solutions.
- Package and manage Salesforce applications for AppExchange publication.
- Implement and maintain integrations with third-party applications using APIs.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and deployment using Salesforce DX and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and related team to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions within an Agile development methodology.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, AppExchange guidelines, and development tools.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce application development.
- Proficient in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with AppExchange app packaging and security review process.
- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and Lightning framework.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange guidelines and compliance requirements.
- Salesforce Developer Certification (Platform Developer I or II) preferred.
