Responsibilities:
- Execute performance tests, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing.
- Monitor and collect performance data during test execution to ensure accurate results.
- Simulate various user loads and usage patterns to evaluate system performance under different conditions.
- Analyze complex performance data and identify root causes of performance issues.
- Identify key performance metrics and establish benchmarks for application performance.
- Design and create performance test scripts and scenarios using industry-standard tools.
- Develop performance test plans and strategies based on project requirements and objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience conducting performance testing of mission-critical applications.
- Experience in performance testing tools such as JMeter, and LoadRunner.
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques for capturing performance metrics (e.g., APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics).
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Knowledge of web technologies, databases, and network protocols.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ElasticSearch and Kibana.
- Experience with Python and DB Slow query analysis of Mysql and Mongo etc.
- Experience testing mission-critical Applications.
- Experience with the Dynatrace tool.
