Manager, Marketing Operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Budget & Finance Ops:

• Own the full marketing budget lifecycle, including annual planning, rollovers, tracking, and reconciliation.
• Conduct monthly syncs with Finance and the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT) for forecasting, actuals alignment, and quarterly accruals review.
• Manage PO and vendor operations, including PR setup, 3PS and compliance assessments, contract terms, and receivables management.
• Use analytics to assess marketing spend performance and ROI analysis.

2. Marketing Technology & Implementation:

• Oversee and manage optimization of martech specifically aligned to AI martech tools ensuring alignment with marketing goals & successful implementation of AI platforms within Marketing.
• Be the champion for usage of Gen AI across the marketing team building usages into production
• Collaborate with Digital/IT on onboarding and governance processes, including ServiceNow registration, SSO, AI/security reviews, and integration architecture.
• Co-own the martech budget, manage renewals and evaluations, and lead enablement efforts across the marketing team.
• Build self and team’s expertise on all martech tools

3. Process Expertise

• Build on standard processes and workflows enabling an agile, faster & productive marketing team
• Continuously optimise workflow processes to ensure high productivity and utilisation
• Help set & document standard processes across all CoE s and ensure the same is widely used & communicated across teams
• Guide and align cross-functional teams on consistent use of KPIs, data definitions, and reporting standards.
• Deliver accurate & actionable insights related to Process excellence to leadership on a quarterly basis

4. Team Responsibilities

• As senior marketing operations team member, coach the broader marketing operations team and foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational rigor.
• Work with Senior Manager Marketing Operations on projects beyond the scope of the current role as needed to streamline the day-to-day operations.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in Marketing Operations, with demonstrated leadership in budgeting, martech, team performance, and cross-functional execution.
• Martech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with martech tools
• Operational & Analytical Mindset: Strong process orientation with the ability to connect execution with KPIs, efficiency, and measurable outcomes.
• Data Governance Partnership: Skilled at aligning stakeholders on data quality, reporting standards, and performance measurement — as a strategic owner, not a data builder.
