In this role, you will:
- Lead complex technology initiatives including those that are companywide with broad impact
- Act as a key participant in developing standards and companywide best practices for engineering complex and large scale technology solutions for technology engineering disciplines
- Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
- Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
- Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
- Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor
- 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using the CyberArk Privileged Access Security (PAS) suite.
- Own the overall CyberArk platform strategy, roadmap, scalability, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Serve as the technical lead and succession candidate for the current PAM manager, driving strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.
- Design and implement secure privileged access, credential management, secrets management, and session management solutions.
- Lead onboarding of privileged accounts, applications, databases, operating systems, network devices, and cloud platforms into CyberArk.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, IAM, Cloud, DevOps, and Application teams to integrate CyberArk across the enterprise ecosystem.
- Develop and enhance integrations, connectors, plugins, APIs, and automation frameworks using modern engineering practices.
- Implement and support application identity and secrets management solutions using CyberArk AAM, CCP, Conjur, and related technologies.
- Design secure access controls and privileged account governance processes aligned with Zero Trust and security best practices.
- Lead CyberArk platform upgrades, migrations, patching, high availability, disaster recovery, and performance optimization activities.
- Support security incident investigations, root cause analysis, threat mitigation, and remediation efforts involving privileged access.
- Conduct platform health checks, risk assessments, vulnerability reviews, and security compliance evaluations.
- Partner with audit, risk, and compliance teams to ensure adherence to regulatory and security requirements.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and best practices for enterprise PAM modernization initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to PAM engineers and security team members.
- Drive operational excellence through automation, monitoring, reporting, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Infrastructure Security, or Identity & Access Management.

- Experience integrating CyberArk with:
- Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID
- LDAP
- Windows and Linux Platforms
- Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- DevOps and CI/CD Toolchains
- Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), Secrets Management, and modern security architecture paradigms.
- Experience implementing privileged account onboarding, access controls, credential rotation, session monitoring, and privileged threat detection capabilities.
- Experience with SIEM and security monitoring platforms such as, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, QRadar
- Experience leading platform modernization, migration, and large-scale PAM transformation initiatives.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and operational support experience within complex enterprise environments.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and enterprise governance processes.
