Integration Senior Specialist, Oracle Unifier- Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking an experienced Integration Senior Specialist to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions connecting Oracle Unifier with key government platforms, cloud services, and on-premises enterprise systems. This role focuses on enabling secure, reliable data exchange and process automation between Oracle Unifier, Saudi government systems & Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion), and other enterprise applications across hybrid environments.

The successful candidate will act as a technical authority on Oracle Unifier integration architecture, including cloud-to-cloud and cloud-to-on-premises integrations, collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver scalable, high-performance, and secure integration solutions that support government sector initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs for real-time and batch data exchange
• Configure, manage, and optimize Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for enterprise integrations
• Deploy and manage integration solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with a focus on availability, performance, and security.
• Design and implement custom middleware solutions to address specific business requirements
• Build and maintain database integrations, ETL processes, stored procedures, and data synchronization workflows
• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and encryption across all integrations
• Produce technical documentation including integration designs, data mappings, and flow diagrams
• Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical integration solution

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Unifier implementation and integration
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex integration solutions in enterprise environments
• Extensive experience with API development including REST and SOAP web services
• Strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) including deployment, configuration, and management of cloud-based integration solutions
• Experience with custom middleware development and implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in database integrations, SQL, PL/SQL, and ETL processes
• Experience working in government or public sector projects is highly desirable

Technical Skills

• Deep understanding of Oracle Unifier architecture, data model, and integration capabilities
• Proficiency in integration technologies and protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, WSDL)
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and configuration
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, networking, security, and identity management
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) data synchronization and integration patterns
• Expertise in database technologies (Oracle Database, SQL, PL/SQL)
• Familiarity with middleware technologies and enterprise service bus (ESB) concepts
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, SAML, SSO)
• Knowledge of integration security best practices and data encryption
• Experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Java programming language.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Groovy) for automation

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2025 Application Integration Professional and Security+, preferred
