Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and visionary BIM Manager to join our dynamic team in Amman, Jordan. In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in Building Information Modeling excellence, driving innovation and efficiency across our projects while fostering a collaborative environment that empowers teams to deliver exceptional results. As BIM Manager, you'll be the strategic backbone of our BIM operations, ensuring seamless coordination, adherence to industry standards, and continuous process improvement that maximizes project delivery success.

  • Lead and mentor the BIM modeling team, providing technical guidance, support, and professional development to ensure consistent quality and adherence to BIM standards and ISO 19650 protocols
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine BIM delivery workflows and strategies to enhance project efficiency, reduce costs, and improve collaboration across all project phases
  • Conduct comprehensive clash detection and coordination analysis using Navisworks and other BIM tools, facilitating resolution meetings with interdisciplinary teams to address conflicts proactively
  • Manage and oversee BIM model development, quality assurance, and quality control processes, ensuring all deliverables meet organizational standards and client requirements
  • Lead coordination meetings and model review sessions, effectively communicating technical information to stakeholders at all levels and fostering transparent, collaborative problem-solving
  • Develop and implement custom solutions (ex: Dynamo automation scripts) to streamline repetitive tasks, enhance productivity, and drive innovation in BIM processes
  • Manage relationships with external consultants, vendors, and clients regarding BIM requirements, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives
  • Stay current with industry innovations, emerging technologies, and best practices in BIM, actively researching and recommending tools and methodologies that advance organizational capabilities
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation related to BIM operations, ensuring efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness
  • Provide strategic recommendations for BIM technology investments and process improvements based on analytical insights and project performance data

Qualifications

Qualification:

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in BIM management, with proven expertise in successfully delivering complex projects using BIM methodologies and ISO 19650 standards
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with familiarity in Civil 3D, and demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models.
  • Strong expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and comprehensive understanding of its workflows, processes, and collaborative capabilities
  • Proven experience leading coordination meetings, managing interdisciplinary teams, and facilitating collaborative model review sessions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a detail-oriented approach to identifying and resolving coordination challenges
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including budget oversight, resource allocation, and timeline management
  • Knowledge of construction methodologies, project delivery systems, and industry best practices
  • Proficiency in quality assurance and quality control processes specific to BIM deliverables
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines consistently
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging BIM technologies and industry innovations
  • Preferred: Formal BIM certification or training (such as Autodesk certifications or equivalent industry credentials)
