Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic, sales, and support roles. Responsibilities include gathering hiring requirements, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews, managing offers and onboarding, maintaining ATS records, generating recruitment reports, and supporting employee engagement, retention, and broader HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring requirements from stakeholders (academic, sales, operations)
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, and campus drives
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage offer roll-out, negotiation, and onboarding process
- Maintain ATS/recruitment trackers and generate reports
- Support employee engagement, retention, and HR initiatives
Requirements
- MBA (HR) / Any graduate
- 0–2 years experience in recruitment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
