Role OverviewWe're seeking a HR Recruiter specializing in US market job search to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for discovering and curating job opportunities for our clients, ensuring they have access to the most relevant positions in their field.
Key ResponsibilitiesResearch and identify relevant job opportunities across various US job boards, company websites, and professional networks
Analyze job descriptions to match them with client profiles and requirements
Curate a daily list of high-quality job opportunities for assigned clients
Develop and maintain expertise in specific industry sectors and job functions
Monitor US job market trends and provide insights to improve search strategies
Maintain updated records of all sourced opportunities using our tools and dashboards
Bachelor's degree in any field (MBA/Post-graduation preferred)
1-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or related field
Strong understanding of US job market dynamics
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency in using job boards and professional networking sites
