The role requires knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, payroll, HRIS, Excel, communication, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills. A bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field is required, with an MBA in HR preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage onboarding, induction, documentation and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance and benefits.
• Support recruitment and interview scheduling.
• Handle employee queries and HR letters.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Support audits and process improvements.
Required Skills:
• Labor law and HR compliance knowledge.

Education & Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. MBA HR preferred.
