 Executive - Finance

Job Description:

• Bookkeeping (posting of daily accounting transactions)
• Entry of bills & payments
• Payroll processing support
• Preparation of accruals
• Preparing month end reports
• Month end reconciliations (debtors, creditors, bank accounts, intercompany accounts, etc.)
• Assisting in audit compliance and internal control responsibilities
• Creating and maintaining of reports related to various filings
• Maintenance of documents /accounting records
• Assist with preparation of budgets, variance analysis
• Coordinate in preparation of regulatory reporting and monitor internal controls
• Filings of statutory returns
• Responding queries

Requirement: 

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 3-4 years of relevant experience
• MS office, accounting systems
• Communication & Email writing skills
• Knowledge in General accounting / Payroll and other statutory and regulatory compliances
