The Financial Analyst will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, performance analysis, reporting, business partnering, and process improvement, with a focus on enhancing financial performance and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Develop annual budgets and periodic forecasts in collaboration with business units.
- Monitor adherence to budgets and highlight variances.
- Financial Modelling
- Build and maintain financial models for scenario analysis, profitability, and investment decisions.
- Support strategic initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Performance Analysis
- Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. budget/forecast) and identify key drivers.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Create dashboards and KPIs for business performance tracking.
- Business Partnering
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders.
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
- Implement best practices in planning and analysis.
- Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling
- Knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and variance analysis.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or management reporting.
- Familiarity with QB
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of forecasts and budgets.
- Timeliness and quality of financial reports.
- Effectiveness of variance analysis and recommendations.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and business impact.
