Job DescriptionYou will contribute to shaping the product strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for Sprinklr’s CCaaS portfolio, with a particular focus on Inbound Voice and Unified Routing.
• Responsible to collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather requirements and define product specifications.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories and specifications.
• Drive the development and launch of new features and enhancements, ensuring highquality deliverables that meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback and iterate on product features to optimize user experience and business outcomes.
• Act as a product evangelist, engaging with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to promote our and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
What makes you qualified
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering in IT Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of work experience, preferable in the SaaS industry, with a background in customer experience, contact center solutions, or enterprise software.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and driving product development from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of domain principles, processes, and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes help drive product strategy.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Knowledge on Agile methodologies such as Scrum
• Hands on experience of working on SDLC tools such as Jira.
