About the Role:
You'll scale our platform product by solving the fundamental challenge of supply chain ecosystems: trust. Using data-driven insights from users, you'll systematically reduce transaction times, mitigate risk, and build confidence across the network. Success requires entrepreneurial ownership, comfort managing parallel initiatives, and the political savvy to align cross functional stakeholders around shared objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business goals into product requirements with clear trade-offs.
- Use data and user insights to prioritize product roadmap decisions.
- Write clear PRDs that align stakeholders and guide engineering execution.
- Plan and manage product sprints with focus on velocity and quality.
- Lead cross-functional forums to maintain alignment across teams.
- Design experiments to validate hypotheses before major development commits.
- Monitor trust signals and platform metrics to catch issues early.
- Drive trust-building initiatives across the supply chain ecosystem.
- Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous process improvements.
- Build stakeholder consensus through data-driven communication.

Skills for this role
- 2-4 years shipping products from concept to launch with measurable impact.
- Ability to formulate clear hypotheses and design experiments to validate them.
- Proven track record of aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and key financial metrics.
- Sufficient design understanding to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Deep knowledge of India's agricultural sector and technology adoption patterns.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data tools like Databricks to extract insights.
