Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by actively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous engagement with system performance, troubleshooting complex scenarios, and collaborating with different teams to maintain system reliability and efficiency throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and minimize business impact.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) environments.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex business systems.
- Ability to work with various system components and understand their interdependencies.
- Effective communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Capability to document technical issues and solutions comprehensively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
