Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues efficiently.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to prevent future disruptions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Experience with identity and access management solutions and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Ability to analyze logs and system data to identify root causes of problems.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support processes.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
