As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and resolving technical challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues within business systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex software problems.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance system performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users on application functionalities.
- Document and maintain detailed records of software issues and resolutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Mobile Application Development.
- Strong understanding of mobile application development principles.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
- Knowledge of cloud-based application development platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies for software development.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP BTP Mobile Application Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A BE degree is required.
