About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating exceptional user experiences and delivering innovative design solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating visually stunning interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to launch, including conducting user research, creating wireframes, mockups,and prototypes.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design iterations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Mentor and guide junior designers.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Video Editing
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design.
