Request to replace leaver on the USPB Relationship Onboarding team which has seen a 10% increase in total volumes since H2 2023. Capacity gap of ~5 FTE globally. Automation efforts include RO BOT for ticket allocation.

As a Client Data Specialist at J.P. Morgan Chase, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with KYC and AML policies, conducting reviews of client KYC documentation, screening against sanction lists, and assisting in client data verification and renewal processes. You will also handle confidential client documentation and participate in other projects related to KYC and Compliance.
