A Zoho Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom solutions using Zoho's suite of business applications, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books. Key duties include customising modules, creating and automating workflows, integrating Zoho with third-party systems, and providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the Zoho platform, such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho suite products.
- Design, implement, and test Deluge scripts for workflow automation, data migration, integration, and other custom features.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party services using Zoho APIs, REST APIs, and webhooks.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and end-users to gather requirements and suggest solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and perform application upgrades or enhancements based on user feedback.
- Prepare technical documentation for solutions and maintain best practices in coding and application configuration.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years’ hands-on experience working with the Zoho platform (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, etc.).
- Proficiency with Deluge scripting language, Zoho Creator workflows, and automation tools.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and integrations between Zoho and external systems.
- Good understanding of database concepts and data handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Preferred Skills:
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, or other web technologies.
- Knowledge of business processes such as sales, marketing, or finance, especially as they relate to CRM implementations.
- Familiarity with other automation or low-code platforms is a plus.
