Web3 Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online and offline events to enhance brand impact and user engagement, including strategizing and carrying out activities to attract new users and retain existing ones.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the project, including writing data analysis reports, tracking, and analyzing user behavior to optimize operational strategies.
• Participate in setting the operation budget and monitor operational costs to ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
• Identify, recruit, and maintain Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the MyShell community, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relationships.
• Act as a liaison for cross-departmental communication, working closely with marketing, product, and technical teams to achieve project objectives.
• Initiate creative community events to drive engagement and fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• At least 2 years of relevant industry experience; candidates with prior Web3 or blockchain company experience are preferred.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of successful operations.
• Fluent in English, able to adapt to an international work environment.
• Familiar with Web3 industry trends, with an in-depth understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, etc.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Robust social networking and communication skills, capable of quickly establishing effective working relationships.
• Excellent event planning and execution skills, capable of independently managing large-scale events.
• Proficient in using various community management tools (e.g., Zealy, Discord settings) and capable of coding or utilizing the MyShell platform to build custom community management tools.
• Strong sense of time management, self-motivated, and able to coordinate and push community moderators and ambassadors to deliver results.
• Creative mindset, with the ability to initiate innovative community events that drive engagement and growth.
