Web DevOps Engineer
What you can expect
As a Web DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous availability of Zoom's critical meeting infrastructure by designing and implementing resilient systems. You will work closely with engineering teams across the US, India, and China. Enhancing deployment processes and optimizing web services for high availability and disaster recovery. Your role will focus on improving service management and organization to maintain a reliable and scalable infrastructure.

The team manages the infrastructure that runs Zoom Meetings, Zoom Chat for enterprise customers across the globe. By employing robust operational strategies, they guarantee the stability and security of Zoom's infrastructure, allowing millions of users worldwide to connect effortlessly.
What we’re looking for

Demonstrate knowledge of various Linux distributions, like RedHat and Ubuntu.

Have proficiency with continuous integration and deployment tools like Jenkins and Argo CD.

Have hands-on experience with configuration management and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

Have experience with cloud technologies, AWS nice to have.

Demonstrate effective troubleshooting skills in production environments.

Show passion about automating processes to reduce deployment time and enhance efficiency.

Have experience with micro-services architecture and orchestration tools, including Kubernetes (K8s) and ECS.

Demonstrate analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
