Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and skilled Website Designer who specializes in using Figma to design intuitive and engaging websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to translate client needs into functional and visually appealing web designs. You will work closely with our development team, project managers, and clients to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Design and Prototyping:
   • Develop user flows, site maps, and other website design deliverables.
   • Design responsive websites that ensure a seamless user experience across all devices.
2. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is aligned with the project requirements.
   • Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
3. Website Design Research and Analysis:
   • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
   • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
   • Analyze user feedback and activity to iterate and improve website design.
4. Industry Branding and Visual Design:
   • Ensure that all designs align with the client's brand guidelines and overall aesthetic.
   • Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other UI elements.
   • Maintain consistency in design across all web pages and applications.
