Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
You'll take ownership of editing high-quality content across multiple brands while contributing creative ideas that improve every project.
- Edit premium videos for social media, digital campaigns, YouTube, advertisements, brand films, corporate videos, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Transform raw footage into engaging stories using strong pacing, visual storytelling, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Create high-performing short-form content including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos, and promotional edits.
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, copywriters, photographers, and content creators throughout production.
- Develop motion graphics, animated titles, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects.
- Perform colour correction, basic colour grading, audio balancing, and final output optimisation.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
- Organise project files, media libraries, and editing workflows to maintain production efficiency.
- Explore and implement AI-powered editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, CapCut AI, and similar technologies to improve speed and creativity.
- Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and help shape visual storytelling across campaigns.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing within a creative agency, production house, media company, or digital marketing environment.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, visual composition, typography, motion design, and sound editing.
- Experience editing social media content, advertisements, brand campaigns, corporate videos, and digital marketing assets.
- Basic knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, audio mixing, and export optimisation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools including Runway, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI, or similar platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate across departments.
- A portfolio showcasing creative editing work across different formats and platforms.
