Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. You will craft intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences for web and digital products, collaborating with developers, product managers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings expertise in WordPress, graphic design, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and a passion for user-centered design to deliver pixel-perfect designs that drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Design and prototype user interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms using Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
Create high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and visual assets with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Develop and customize responsive WordPress themes, including custom plugins and integrations for optimal performance.
Conduct user research, create user personas, journey maps, and usability testing to refine designs.
Collaborate on graphic design elements like branding, icons, illustrations, and marketing collateral.
Ensure designs are accessible, mobile-first, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Iterate designs based on feedback, A/B testing, and analytics to improve user satisfaction.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign).
Strong WordPress expertise (theme development, Gutenberg, custom CSS/JS).
Graphic design tools and principles (typography, colour theory, layout).
UI/UX tools like Sketch, InVision, or Zeplin for prototyping and handoff.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for implementation support.
Familiarity with design systems, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG standards).

Excellent visual storytelling and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for presenting designs and collaborating cross-functionally.
Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Experience Required
Minimum 2+ years in UI/UX design, with proven portfolio showcasing WordPress projects, graphic design, and full design cycles.
Experience in agency, startup, or product environments preferred.
Bonus: Knowledge of animation tools (After Effects), prototyping in Framer, or agile workflows.
