Trade Services Analyst - Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

• BAU Execution to be best in class. Publishing of weekly KPI's & KRI's and to identify and track reasons for deviation from agreed levels. Ensure follow up for all ageing items
• Managing all trade exceptions and handholding to closure
• Demonstrate Strong security & market experience
• Strong understanding about various financial instruments like Equity, Bonds, ETF, REPO, ETD etc., SWIFT Alliance and various message types like MT54X, 599, 202,103 etc, various global markets and their nuances
• Work with associates to ensure regular communication is maintained
• Play a key role in Audit reviews and checks
• Assist in preparing and implementing Business Continuity Plans
• Work with Manager to ensure regular communication with partner locations
• Processes research/investigations on appropriate systems to operations
• Explain product features and benefits

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Prefer Graduate / MBA with finance and accounting background
• Must be able to work under pressure and make accurate decisions in stressful situations
• Client focused
• Good time management skills
• Good interpersonal skill and communication
• An appreciation of risk and quality issues, Control Oriented
• Proactive, positive approach
• Able to grasp/learn concepts and procedures quickly
• Ability to work independently, Problem solving skills, Attention to detail

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Prefer candidate with automation skillset like Exceptor, Alteryx & Tableau
